Terms & Conditions

By using our platform and engaging the services of ordering a Advanced Property Information Pack and the panel conveyancer recommended on the Advanced Listings website, you acknowledge and agree to the following referral disclosure terms. These terms outline the referral relationship between Advanced Listings and our panel conveyancer.

Referral Relationship:

1. Advanced Listings operates as a platform that connects customers with professional services, including conveyancing.
2. We recommend a panel conveyancer to you based on you using the Advanced Sales process.
3. When you order an Advanced Property Information pack you also agree to use a panel conveyancer through Advanced Listings, Advanced Listings will receive a referral fee from the panel conveyancer as compensation for the referral.
4. The referral fee received by Advanced Listings will be a variable amount between £250 and up to a maximum of 40% of the conveyancing fee, based on the specific arrangement with the panel conveyancer.

Disclosure Obligations:

1. We are required by UK law to disclose our referral relationship and the receipt of referral fees.
2. As part of our commitment to transparency, we disclose that Advanced Listings receives a referral fee from the panel conveyancer for each client recommended through our platform.
3. The referral fee paid to Advanced Listings will be a variable amount between £250 and up to a maximum of 40% of the conveyancing fee.

Rate Card Disclosure:

1. The conveyancer rate card displayed on the Advanced Listings website is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a binding offer.
2. The rates listed on the rate card are subject to change without prior notice and are solely determined by the panel conveyancer.
3. The referral fee paid to Advanced Listings, which will be a variable amount between £250 and up to a maximum of 40% of the conveyancing fee, does not affect the rates or charges applicable to the services provided by the panel conveyancer.

Independent Assessment:

1. We recommend that you independently assess and evaluate the rates, services, and reputation of the panel conveyancer before engaging their services.
2. Your decision to engage the panel conveyancer should be based on your own judgment, taking into account your specific requirements and circumstances.

Acknowledgment and Agreement:

By engaging the services of the panel conveyancer through Advanced Listings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these referral disclosure terms. You further acknowledge that Advanced Listings has fulfilled its obligation to disclose the referral relationship and the receipt of referral fees, including the variable referral fee between £250 and up to a maximum of 40% of the conveyancing fee.
